All rooms have colour tv with teletext and remote control, digital freeview, tea and coffee making facilities and double glazing. Hairdryer and Ironing facilites are available on request. Six of the eight rooms are fully en-suite with the remaining two having a shower in each room with toilet facility on the same landing. Rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels if required, bins changed and complimentary tea and coffee packs refreshed.

Conveniently situated for all the towns amenities and attractions, with Blackpool Winter Gardens and Blackpool town centre just a short stroll away.

The Pleasure Beach with all it's attractions is just a tram ride away along the seafront, and with The Sea-Life Centre, Luis Tussauds, The Sandcastle Waterworld, Amusement Arcades such as Coral Island, North, Central and South Piers, along with the many other entertainment venues that Blackpool has to offer, you will never be a loss for something to do.

From the M55, take the first Blackpool turning from the M55 signposted North Shore and Stanley Park, at the roundabout on the motorway exit take the A583 into Blackpool, follow this Road past the windmill on your left, this is Preston New Road dual carriageway, through all traffic lights to Oxford Square straight on Single carriageway Park Road, through all lights to the T junction with Church Street you can only turn Left. After left turn get immediately into right lane and Turn first Right into Cookson Street straight on at the first set of lights to the Junction. Take care at this junction you will have traffic appearing from your Right. Go across the junction and get in Right hand lane at the lights bear LEFT keeping in Right lane. Bear right at the junction taking care traffic on your left. At the centre island bear right (At FUNNY GIRLS )you will see Railway Station directly in front of you. We are on the left hand side opposite the Traffic Island.

Cancellation Policy:
A minimum deposit equal to the cost of the first night per person per booking is required unless otherwise advised.

Any alterations or cancellations to bookings must be received in good time.

In the event of any cancellations not received two weeks prior to arrival date, and the room not being re-let, the person in whose name the booking was made will be liable for the full cost. All deposits are non-refundable. No reduction from the outstanding balance is offered if the number of guests is reduced without prior arrangement and the deposit cannot be transferred onto the outstanding balance. We recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover these eventualities.
Please note that deposits cannot be transferred to alternative dates.
