aRoma b&b is composed of one double room and 2 suite with kitchen and living room, one with a big terrace for exclusive use. Ensuite bath, air condition, safe, centrally located.
This unique bed and breakfast is located at first floor of a beautiful building in the historical centre of Rome. The renovation of the apartment uncovered the ancient roof, and the special illumination let you enjoy the warm colours of the ceiling. All the particulars are handmade, and the result is something unique and in perfect feeling with the eternal city. The location is perfect to explore the town, we are near Termini Central Station, walking distance to the main attraction. Amost all the bus of the town comes back to the b&b and we are located over the subway station. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and shops.
The rooms at aRoma b&b are bright and spacious with private bathrooms, and all are air-conditioned. There are three bedrooms (one double and 2 quadruple.). The double room “ROOF OF ROME” has an original ancient roof inside the room. The 2 suites are both with living room and private kitchen inside. The suite “FOUNTAINS OF ROME” is really spacious even for a family of 4, it is with a double bed and 2 single beds or with a double bed and a living room. The suite “FLOWERS OF ROME” is the most romantic of the house, with a big balcony full of flowers, Is a special place where to relax after a full day in Rome. All rooms are with internal view and soundproof windows to maximise your relax during the night.
All the rooms are with safe inside, television and refrigerator. Breakfast is already in your room and it is continental. We are ready to help you with all the information about the town, what to see and where to go. We have no problems for the check inn time and is possible to leave the luggage inside the b&b if you fly is late in the evening. Bed and breakfast spirit permit to have a special communication with our guest, so we will be glad to satisfy any special request, if we can.
Prices range from euro 70 to 120 for the double and the single rooms normally 20 euro more for any extra person to the maximum of 160 euro for night. We have special discount for long stay and for last minute reservation. There is a change of price during holydays and special days (like first of may). Prices include linen, breakfast, daily cleaning and taxes but are subject to a minimum stay of 2 days. We have a pick up service (40 euro for car) from and to the airport. Please confirm all prices and details on booking your stay at the bed and breakfast establishment. We hope to have you as guest to show our love for our work.
