The accommodation is set in a typical Dalmatian style at the foot of Marjan hill, next to Hotel Marjan and Hotel Belevue and only 10-15 minutes walk from Split’s beaches.
We are also 10 minutes walking distance to Split’s ACY marina and 5-10 minutes walking distance to the ferry, bus, and railway terminals!

The cottage is absolutely charming, the walls are made of stone and the roof of wood. The rooms is big and one ( TINA ) with a sea view. Cottage have two modern bathrooms with showers in the rooms and two separated entrances for each room / studio apartment .

Proceed around the quay with sea on Your left hand side . You will reach a wide pedestrian area with palm trees & white paving known as "RIVA" .Proceed down "RIVA" , and at the end of "RIVA" You will see a church ( SV. FRANE) . Take the road to the left hand side of the church , "TRUMBICEVA OBALA " street . Proceed a short distance on the right hand pavement on "TRUMBICEVA OBALA "street ,until You reach number 10 . You will see a road with a dead end sign . This is the start of " SOLURAT "street & with restoraunt "FIFE" on the left hand side & number 10 " TRUMBICEVA OBALA "street on the right hand side . Proceed up hill until You reach number 22 on the right hand side.
