Property Description
After 3 years the restoration was completed by the masters craftsmen of Cappadocia, these 5 houses together compose 20 rooms and luxurious suites settled around a delightful garden crimped in the rock.
The typical architecture with local stones keeps the hotel warm in winter and cool in summer in a natural way. Near the Oriental room in the garden, there is a wine container with two taps, where you can choose the red or white local wines.
Selçuklu Evi is composed of 20 rooms with 5 suites. Our Rooms and suites are all different, decorated with antiques, carpets, wooden ceiling and floor, satellite television, direct telephone, central heating, minibar, electric kettle with coffee, tea and herbal teas.
The marble bathrooms are equipped with a Jacuzzi or with a shower with jets, a toilet bag, and a hairdryer.
Many have panoramic view on cave-dwellings. It’s stone construction with arched ceilings provides a cool room temperature in summer and a warm room temperature in winter.
The facilities offered: ample parking, library, internal and external lounging areas and terraces, internal restaurant and open air dining with traditional Turkish cuisine. Activities departure from the hotel: trekking, excursions with minibus, hot air balloon flight, Turkish night, Whirling dervishes show, car, minibus, scooter rentals…

Directions
Driving from Nevsehir, after the guidepost indicating Urgup, you will arrive to a traffic circle. Do not turn right following the direction towards the Tourist information, keep on driving straight you will pass a wine factory “ Turasan” and after some meters you will find Selçuklu Evi on the left.
How to get to Selcuklu?
BY BUS:
ISTANBUL / URGUP: night bus - approximately 10-11 hours. Arrival: Ürgüp bus station.
ANKARA / URGUP: bus every hour - approximately 5 hours. Arrival: Ürgüp bus station.
By request we can book your bus ticket with no extra charge and transfer from Ürgüp bus station to Selçuklu Evi can be arranged for free.
