Cancellation period :

* before 7 days prior to check in date -will receive a full refund less 10% administration fee from your deposit .
* 1-7 days prior to check in date -will receive a full refund less 10% administration fee from your deposit , plus one night room charge will be levied.

High Season
Cancellation period:

* before 21 days prior to check in date - will receive a full refund less 10% administration fee from your deposit .
* 5-21 days prior to check in date -will receive a full refund , less 10% administration fee from your deposit , plus one night room charge will be levied.
* 1-5 days prior to check in date- will receive a 50% refund, less 10% administration fee from your deposit .

Minimum stay 5 nights

Cancellation period:

* before 40 days prior to check in date - will receive a full refund less 10% administration fee from your deposit.
* 14-40 days prior to check in date- will receive a full refund less 10% administration fee from your deposit, plus one night room charge will be levied.
* 1-14 days prior to check in date -will receive a 50% refund , less 10% administration fee from your deposit.

* 1 night accommodation on Low season
* 3 nights accommodation on high season
* Full charge accommodation on Peak season
* No show charge - 30% from deposit of room reserved.

Wedding Cancellation policy

* For cancellations more than 90 days prior to the ceremony date
* Deposit are refundable by 75% less a 10% administration fee.
* Cancellation less than 90 days and more than 30 days before the ceremony date are refundable by 50% less the 10% administration fee.
* Cancellation 30 days or less prior to ceremony date are non refundable.

*Emergency cancellation or early check out will be considered on a case by case basis
