It is located in front of the beautiful gardens of Bottini Villa, once the residence of Elisa Bonaparte. Today, many of the residence’s beautiful, carefully preserved original features remain, including stunning wood-beamed ceilings.

Double Standard: these air-conditioned en suite rooms are smaller than the Superior rooms and have a shower. Prices from 65,00 Eur to 90,00 Eur.

Triple Rooms: these air-conditioned en suite rooms have one double bed and one single bed (or 3 single beds). Prices from 85,00 EUR to 110,00 eur.

Suite: this air-conditioned rooms have an en suite bathroom with shower and it is maximum for three adults or 2 adults and two childs. This room also has a balcony with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast, and a living room with table and chairs. In the summer you also have direct access to the breakfast buffet. Prices from 100,00 eur to 150,00 eur.

Single Rooms: these comfortably spacious en suite rooms are tastefully decorated and have air conditioning. Prices from 55,00 eur to 85,00 Eur

Annexe Rooms: located in a separate building, one of these rooms has an en suite wash room and toilet and the other has a private bathroom outside of the bedroom. All annexe rooms are spacious and are equipped with a TV, heating, hairdryer, cupboard and fan.Prices from 55,00 euros to 70,00 euros.

Our hotel is located in the eastern part of the city and very close to the Renaissance villas, monasteries and gardens It is conveniently situated in the historical centre of Lucca, at just 1 km from the railway station, 20 km from Pisa International Airport and 65 km from Florence airport.

This privileged position allows you easy access to Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, the sea of the Versilia or the mountains of the Garfagnana without forgetting the outskirts of Lucca with their magnificent Villas and Farms.

Near By Attractions
By Train:
- If you are arriving by train, you can easily reach the hotel on foot in about ten minutes.
- On leaving the station, turn right, keeping the town walls on your left.
- Enter Lucca through Porta Elisa, then turn right into Via Bacchettoni and take the first left onto Via Brunero Paoli.
- At the end of the street, on the corner with Via S.Chiara, you will see the hotel.

Alternatively, you could take a taxi.

By Car:
- Leave the motorway at Lucca and follow the signs to the town centre and the railway station.
- From the centre, keeping the town walls on your left, take the road around the walls and after the first bend, turn to the left and enter Lucca through the white town gate called Porta Elisa.
- Take the second right into Via S.Chiara, and you will see the hotel half way along.

By Plane:
The Residence provides a taxi service from/to airport at special rates: Pisa airport to the hotel by car costs EUR 50.00 and EUR 65.00 in an 8-person minivan.
