Property Description
Phoenix is part of an ensemble of listed buildings perfectly situated in the old quarter “Varosha”, just two minutes walk from the buzzing day & night life of the city and convenient for all the interesting sights.
The house was built in 1850 and is a listed "Monument of Architectural Culture"
Carefully renovated and furnished you'll find us clean and comfortable, safe and secure and you can be sure we’ll look after you.
We offer 3 dormitory rooms with 4, 5 or 7 beds ( the 4 bed room has two single beds and a bunk and can be booked as a "private twin room" ).
We have 3 bathrooms, an awesome communal kitchen and 2 lounging areas, for smokers and non-smokers. There is a free to use computer and free WiFi throughout the house. One price includes everything.... your bed, linen, towel, delicious breakfast, free tea and coffee all day, internet, library and games, book exchange and all the help and advice we can offer.

Directions
From the train or bus stations in Veliko Tarnovo simply call us and we'll collect you free of charge.
Or take a taxi to 'Halitey' and we are just one minute's walk from there.

We are just a few minutes walk from 'Mother Bulgaria square' or the Post Office.
Follow the main street towards the old town (if you look at the houses on the hill in front of you, we are one street below the church tower ).
Just after the main road bends to the right take the first left turn into 'Halitey' carpark ( opposite the restaurant "Vinarnata" ).
From the back of the carpark take the left hand cobbled street (Dragoman Str) and walk uphill for 70 meters. ( There is a sign for the hostel by the E&M Minimarket ).
You will see us by the statue on the right.
