RATES:
Rates range from $109.00 to $509.00 per night, and from $654.00 to $3563.00 per week USD + tax.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.

PAYMENTS:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.

FROM SEATTLE:
Take Interstate-5 north to Bellingham exit #255 (Sunset Drive / Mt. Baker Highway #542). Turn left at the end of the offramp, and proceed (east) directly to our offices in the village of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time: 2-hours.

FROM VANCOUVER, B.C:
Take Highway 99 south to the Canada / U.S.A border crossing, then take Interstate-5 south to Bellingham exit #255 (Sunset Drive / Mt. Baker Highway #542). Turn right at the end of the offramp, and proceed (east) directly to our offices in the village of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time: 1.5-hours.

If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, there is a $65.00 Cancellation Fee. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same nightly rental rate, in which case only the $65.00 Cancellation Fee applies.
