Property Description
The Jasmene hospitality and marketing brand is made up of the following facilities with their well defined, interdependent business lines.
1. Hotel facility- The Jasmene Serene Suites
It is luxury (one Star rating) hotel made up 30 suites when completed.Stylish, privately luxurious haven in the forest. All of the Jasmene’s suites are luxuriously appointed and stylishly decorated. Attention to details go on and on and is our way of pampering you and ensuring holidays of a lifetime. At the Jasmene we have pre-programmed iPods with Smooth Jazz and extensive music collection for you to choose from .
Businessmen are also well catered for as we offer free WiFi throughout the hotel with secure broadband connections in all rooms as well as safes suitable for laptops.
Currently six (6) “Serene” suites are completed and ready for business with air-conditions, ceiling fans en-suite bath, satellite TVs. telephone and internet facilities installed. The six rooms (which includes a living room and self catering kitchen facility can also be configured into a 1,2,3,4 bedroom apartment for the travelling family, business or research group for short or long stay. Operation philosophy for the Jasmene Suites is that “You arrive as guest and leave as family”.

2. Jasmene Market
This marketing wing of the Jasmene specialises in the networking and distribution of products and services of major corporate bodies who wish to expand the business nationwide. As it is currently headquartered in Cape Coast its specialises its operations in the Central Region.
3. The Brose Garden Arena (BGA)
It is an outdoor entertainment centre which is designed to serve the purpose of an outdoor restaurant (Molly’s Place”), open air facility for funerals, celebrating birthdays , anniversaries (valentine, mother’s and father’s days, cultural and national day events, corporate and small group meetings, live screening of dance floor facility for live jazz, salsa traditional and hip-life featuring stars of all generation. It can also be used for launching of products such as . Music albums, consumer items etc.
4. Dorothy’s Deli
Its is an indoor air-conditioned fast food facility for patrons who are used to offerings from famous brands as `Papaye``, Frankie’s, Tanta Marie in the country’s capital, Accra and wish to enjoy their specialty cuisine such as pizza, pasta, burgers, ice-creams, cookies cakes, and exotic and local drinks the Jasmene way . Patrons also have the option of having their orders delivered to them in their offices and homes in the cape Coast and Elmina municipalities
5. Papy.net and Business centre
It is modern computer centre with broadband and Wi-Fi internet facility for social browsing, research etc. It also has hardware and software facilities for photocopying, lamination, faxing and preparing business documents for presentation. The secured and powerful Wi-Fi facility can be accessed from all areas of the Jasmene complex. The will be video games such as Play station and Wii and X box games.
6. Flosy’s Spa (partially completed)
As part of our penchant for serenity the spa would have facilities for eye and body massage, treadmills, sauna and other keep fit equipment for cardio-vascular excises, aerobics and body shaping. They will be manned by trained hands to keep you healthy serene.
7. Captain’s Club (partially completed)
