The air-conditioned accommodation in a 1890’s refurbished modernist apartment, features traditional tiled floors, high ceilings, balconies, a fully equipped kitchen and all the facilities you would expect to enjoy your stay in the centre of Barcelona.

5% Discount for more than one week stay.
10% Discount for more than two weeks stay.

If you cancell all or any part of your booking, you will be entitled to the reimbursement of 50% of the deposit if the cancellation occures within one month on the booking and if it happens at least one month before the day of check-in. No reimbursement will occure if you cancel one month after booking, or less than one month that check-in begins. Cancellation must be received by us in writting (e-mail).
