This beautifully-terraced B&B, a pent-house apartment in the heart of Rome, offers breath-taking views across the rooftops of the Eternal City to the splendid dome of St. Peter’s Basilica. In the nearest vicinity of the Vatican Museums, B&B Filomena e Francesca is just a hop to the ancient Borgo, Castel Sant’Angelo and the Via Ottaviano which offers a wide variety of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres and discos. The area is easily accessible by car and is serviced by excellent, frequent and very reasonable public transport in the form of subway Metro and surface buses.

The Guest Rooms at B&B Filomena e Francesca (one Triple, one Double and one Twin which can become a Double on request) are bright , spacious, and air-conditioned, all with private ensuite bathrooms. Two of the rooms have private balconies, the third has the consolation of a hydro-massage bathtub.

Directions
BY PLANE From Fiumicino airport, take the train service to Roma Termini train station. Then follow the indications for getting to the B&B by train. However, if there are three or four of you, it might be worth your while to take a taxi or request our shuttle service.

BY TRAIN From Termini train station, take the Metro Line A towards "Battistini" and get off at the “Lepanto” stop and take bus number 70 and get off at the stop before the terminus of Piazzale Clodio (six stop). OR... get off at the "Ottaviano San Pietro" stop. From here, it is a ten-minute walk to the Bed and Breakfast.

The enviable position of "F&F", which is located on the top floor of a beautiful building in the heart of one of the most famous "Umbertine" districts of Roma and which has splendid terracing, offers you a spectacular view of this amazing city.

The "F&F" B&B will meet all your requirements: when you want to combine a few hours' shopping with cultural excursions, you will find great bargains in the shopping area around via Ottaviano. When you want to have a bit of a fun, you can choose between the several cinemas, bars, restaurants, pubs and discos.

Structures like the Magistrates Court, the Rai Television Centre and the Olympic Stadium are all right beside "F&F" and the Metro and several other transport services will bring you to the city centre in just a few minutes. However, if for work reasons, for example, you have to leave the city centre, there are also efficient connections for all the areas in the periphery, linked by the Rome Ring Road.
