We are well placed for walking and trekking, mountaineering, cycling, skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing or just relaxing surrounded by good food, wine and beautiful scenery.

Property Description
We are in Alta Val Chisone Piemonte. Nestled under the wall of the great fortress at Fenestrelle and situated in the heart of a 16th century alpine village (Chambons at 1000m altitude).
The ski resorts of Sestriere, Pragelato (val Troncea) and Prali (val Germanasca) are less than half an hour away, (home of the Winter Olympics 2006) and cross country skiing is right on our doorstep!

The tastfully restored 16th century "Casa" offers three guest bedrooms with private bathroom facilities, views of Fenestrelle fortress and two of them have balconies overlooking the church. The rooms can be arranged either as twin or doubles to suit.
Whichever way you want your holiday we can organise itineraries or simply point you in the right direction.

Directions
HOW TO GET HERE

Flights

Our nearest airport is Turin Caselle and is just over an hours drive away. From the UK cheap flights are available from Easyjet, Ryanair and British Airways. and car hire can be arranged directly at the airport.

Train/ Bus

Our nearest railway station is Pinerolo and this is serviced by Porto Nuovo in Turin. From Pinerolo it would be necessary to catch a bus to Fenestrelle or Sestriere. Get off the bus at the village of Depot. We are just a short walk over the bridge. Taxis are available but expensive.

Road-
From Turin

From Turin you follow the signs for Sestriere/Pinerolo and the SR23. Follow this road until you pass Pinerolo on your right. Continue along the SR23 following signs for Sestriere. You will pass through several villages the largest and most notable being Perosa Argentina. Here the road continues to climb and meander along the valley. You will eventually come to a small village called Depot. Directly after the right hand bend as you enter the village is a small road on the left which leads down into Chambons. Drive into the main piazza and take the right hand road (Via Carlo Alberto) and we are 60m on the left opposite the church.
