Awatere B&B has a spacious and private bedroom with queen-sized bed and adjoining en-suite for you to unwind and relax in. For your added comfort and enjoyment all bedding is 100% cotton and towels are thick and fluffy.

Prices:-
$100 - $150 for double (2 people queen bed, adjoining ensuite)
$80 - $90 for single ( 1 person, queen bed, adjoining ensuite)

$100 per couple for 2 couples - (separate bedrooms but share ensuite)
Suitable for family groups - ask for quote.

Breakfast is a healthy self-serve selection of cereal, yoghurt, fruit salad, muffins, orange jiuce, bread and spreads for toast, tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

Amenities for guests include a conservatory overlooking the garden, spacious lounge/dining area, reading nook, on-site parking, air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities.

On arrival, relax with a welcoming cup of tea, coffee or glass of wine and weather permitting, stroll around the garden and enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the conservatory.

Awatere B&B is ideal for singles, couples, family and group accommodation and is located close to local cafes and restaurants in Kaiapoi and Rangiora.

Directions
SOUTH: From Christchurch - on S.H.1 turn off at the Oxford Ohoka Tram Road exit (just over Waimakariri Bridge), then left into Tram Road. Turn right into Jacksons Road (6th road on right, approx 6.2 kilometres), continue to end of Jacksons Road and turn left onto Mill Road. Awatere B&B is approximately 1 kilometre on the right, behind the pine hedge. Look for name on letterbox on left hand side of the road.


NORTH: On S.H.1, take the Kaiapoi/Rangiora exit (just over the Kaiapoi River Bridge). Turn right onto Ohoka Road and follow the signs to Ohoka, turning left into Mill Road at road sign. Awatere B&B is approximately 4.8 kilometres on the right, behind the pine hedge. Look for name on letterbox on left hand side of road.
