We are located on a manicured corner lot just a four minute stroll from Florida’s famous Daytona Beach, a unique Queen Anne Victorian with a generous front veranda that is located within walking distance to historic downtown Daytona Beach where you will find restaurants, nightlife, tennis courts and a farmers market.

The August Seven Inn prides itself on being a modern day accommodation for todays traveling guests whether on business or pleasure. We are a private, secure and exclusive lodging and we're here to help make your stay in Daytona Beach as enjoyable as it can be.

Directions
From I-95 take exit 261 A and go East on highway US 92 E (International Speedway Blvd) for approx 5 miles to the intersection of Beach Street.

Turn right (South) and go two blocks to E. Orange Ave. Turn left (East) and cross the drawbridge over the Intracoastal Waterway (Halifax River)

You’ll see the guesthouse as you approach the stop light. There is a right turn lane as you approach the light, go right then take an immediate left into the parking area of the August Seven Inn.

Reservations made during special events will require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the entire stay. You will be responsible for the ENTIRE STAY if a cancellation is requested 45 days or less of the reservation date. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS.

Non special events require a 14 day cancellation notice for a refund less a $25 processing fee.

Cancellations FOR ANY REASON will not be accepted if not within the stated time period as we are a small establishment and cancellations effect us greatly.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE that cancellations under the 14 day(non-special event)periods will be responsible for the full reservation. If we are able to re rent the room, you may be entitled to a refund less the $25 processing fee.

A credit may be given in place of the forfeited refund if you choose to be applied to a future reservation of the same year along with a paid stay(mid week, off season, and now special event only)

Cancellations are ONLY ACCEPTED THROUGH SPEAKING with a representative of the Inn and receiving a cancellation confirmation number.
