We are situated in a very central location in a typical Viennese old style house. The apartments are fashionably furnished and have all the comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

We offer you three different types of apartments in four different sizes:
• studios
• 1-bed-rooms and
• 2-bed-rooms
ranging from 30 to 80 squaremeters.
Some apartments have in addition a terrace, others have a small garden. Five of our flats are penthouses.
All apartments are fully furnished and have cable TV/SAT and a telephone. Bedclothes and towels are also there. Wireless Lan (Internet) is available in all flats. A small fitness room can also be found in the house.

Due to the very central location, the Inner city (within 15 minutes), Schönbrunn castle, as well as many other sights can be reached by tram, bus or subway within a short time. In a close proximity some good middle-class restaurants, cafes, banks, a post office and many shops can be found. Excursions to the nearby Wienerwald or to a "Heurigen" can round off you stay. There are parking places directly in the Ferchergasse or in the close surroundings.

Directions
From the Inner City (1st district) it just takes you 15 minutes with the tram 43 to us. Schönbrunn Castle is also just 15 minutes away. Lots of other sights and the Wienerwald are also within a short distance.

From the airport you can take the City Airport Train to Wien Mitte, U3 to Ottakring, S45 to (1 station) Station Hernals - (direction Heiligenstadt) walk - Dittersdorfgasse-Ferchergasse or you can also use an airporttaxi.

Cancellation no later than 14 days prior to the agreed date of arrival is free of charge.

In the case of cancellations later than 14 days prior to arrival, we shall charge a cancellation fee in the amount corresponding to the rate payable for three nights in the booked apartment according to our price list. If no deposit was paid, the amount shall be debited to the credit card indicated by the person booking the accommodation.

If, on the day of arrival, the guest fails to appear at the time and place agreed upon without having us in advance, the booking shall be deemed cancelled and cancellation fees shall be charged.
