From our "leopard's perch" we have spectacular views of Alaska, the Anchorage bowl and Cook Inlet, Mt. Mckinly (Denali), the Kenai Penninsula, and the volcanoes of the Alaskan Range. Our award winning breakfasts are now world famous. From cherished family recipes, a f ull menu of 10 entrees, seven side dishes, assorted juices, cereals, and pastries await your individual and personal choice. Directions
From the Anchorage International Airport: Take International Airport Road east to Minnesota Avenue. Turning right, take the southbound ramp and continue until you reach the New Seward Highway. The first stop light is the OLD Seward Highway. Directly ahead is the New Seward Highway. Take the southbound ramp toward Seward and then the third exit at Rabbit Creek Road. At the stop sign turn left and up the mountain about three miles to GOLDENVIEW DRIVE (do not turn right into Goldenview Park--do not cross the covered bridge). At Goldenview Drive turn right and then south to the second left turn. This is 162nd Street. Turn left and up the hill. 162nd becomes Wind Song. Keep driving past the "no outlet" sign and horse corral to Sandpiper Drive. Turn right to the first chalet on the right. Look for the "goofy leopard" hanging from the tree. The street address is 16136. Please park where indicated. At most, time from the airport is 15 minutes in traffic. Drive carefully and take your time.

Notice received more than fourteen (14) days prior to a confirmed reservation date will receive a refund of the paid deposit amount less 20% of that amount, plus any taxes which may apply to that retained amount. This covers our rebooking and credit card reversal charges. If you cancel giving us less than fourteen (14) days notice your previously paid deposit will be retained and any unpaid balance will be charged as payment for any lost revenue unless we are able to rebook the venue.

In the event that you have rented for more than one night, and cancel within the fourteen (14) day period, your balance due for the total amount of the full reservation will be charged to the credit card of record.
FOR ALL RESERVATIONS BETWEEN JUNE 10 and JUNE 30, a thirty (30) days advance notice is required. All reservations made during this period must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Scrapbook weekends require a 50% deposit paid at the time of booking and a 30-Day cancellation for refund of the paid deposit. Scrapbook weekends are often reserved as much as six months in advance and short notice cancellations not only prevent other groups from enjoying our service, but also effect our winter income significantly.

For reservations of 5 or more days in an period other than June 10 through June 30, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required to be paid in advance by personal check or money order.

Our policy is firm and you are contractually bound by your e-signature on the Guest Acknowledgement.
