The apartment is situated in a quiet green area at the Aqueduct Park which is part of the Regional Park of Appia Antica, (www.parcoappiaantica.it) with ruins from the ancient Rome period, an ideal place for trekking and bicycling. You will be also 12 minutes from the Spanish Steps and 16 from Saint Peter, with excellent bus and metro facilities.
The apartment has luxury finishings and parquet floors in every room, is elegantly furnished and includes a number of appliances, such as air conditioning.
The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electrical oven and microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, mixer, orange squeezer and a kitchen robot.
There are 2 color TVs , video + 100 VHS, DVD, video games and stereo player, iron + ironing board, vacuum 5 cleaner, etc.
The apartment consists of a living dining room, bathroom with shower, utility room, double bedroom with large cupboard and 2 bedside tables. The double bed has an orthopaedic mattress.

Take the train (there’s one every 15 minutes) from Fiumicino station in the direction of Fara Sabina and get off at Roma Tuscolana. On Via Gela take an underground train, Line A, from the Pontelungo stop going in the Anagnina direction and get off at Giulio Agricola. Our apartment is at number 1256.


Directions from Rome airport Ciampino:
Take the train to Stazione Termini. Take the underground Metropolitana Line A in the “Anagnina” direction and get off at “Giulio Agricola”. Our apartment is at number 1256.


By train www.trenitalia.it:
From the railway station “Stazione Termini”:Take the underground Metro Line A in the direction of “Anagnina” and get off at Giulio Agricola. Our apartment is at number 1256.


By car from the north www.autostrade.it:
From the motorway “Autostrada A1" take the Roma nord exit in the direction of the ring road, the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare). Follow the outer ring of the G.R.A. in the Appia direction and get to exit 21 (Tuscolano Centro). Drive along Via Tuscolana in the city centre direction until the Viale Giulia Agricola junction. You will be on Via Tuscolana, our apartment is at number 1256.


By car from the south www.autostrade.it:
From the “Autostrada A1" motorway take the Roma sud road, exit to the G.R.A. ring road (Grande Raccordo Anulare), take the inside lane of the G.R.A. ring in the direction of Appia. Follow exit 21 (Tuscolano Centro) and drive along Via Tuscolana in the city centre direction until the Viale Giulia Agricola junction. You will be on Via Tuscolana, our apartment is at number 1256.

Guesthouse is available from 12:00am, unless differently agreed. Later arrival should be communicated. Departure should be before 10am.
Payment: money transfer of 30% of the total upon booking.
Cash payment on arrival.
All guests are supplied with keys, however they loss incurs a € 50 penalty.
The confirmed reservations can be cancelled within 15 days from the date of the check in. In this case will not come debited no amount. After such term it will come demanded the payment of the first night.
