Welcome to our warm, inviting 4-Star +++ BC Tourism Approved B+B, your home away from home in our Desert Paradise! We are walking distance to downtown, lake, shops, activities & dining; located in a quiet upscale area. We are minutes away from two golf courses, orchards, biking/hiking trails, parks, tennis and award-winning wineries.

Enjoy a glass of Okanagan wine on the rear stone patio under a canopy of grapevines and wisteria. Relax on one of the sun loungers and catch a few sun rays of our Okanagan sun. Take a stroll up through the flower garden and inhale the beautiful scent of roses, lilies and many other perennials that will make the garden lover want to stay. Read a book on the seat arbor or bench in the “Zen” corner of the garden. Watch the Quails as they feed their way around the garden. Breakfast is served on our grapevine covered stone patio, with wonderful views of the flower gardens (weather permitting), or in the upper level Rose Dining Room.

We offer immaculate accommodations in impeccably clean and elegant surroundings, superior service, served up with “western hospitality”. Book the upper romantic Rose Room with ensuite and balcony access to guests' furnished area and views of Anarchist Mtn and Lake Osoyoos. 2-night MIN. on summer weekends J-J-A and 3-nite MIN on long weekends.

The street level 1100 sq’ Rose Arbor Ste.(can sleep up to 5 adults), with private bedroom + King bed, 4-pce bathroom, eating area, kitchen [no cooking allowed, lite snacks only] and family room with pull-out sofa bed. There is a Twin bed also. A 3-night MIN. is required for this large Ste.

Directions
At the junction of Hwy 3 and 97 turn onto Hwy 97 South, and at the top of a knoll (Napa Auto Parts on corner), turn East onto 74th Avenue, the 2nd street down is Nighthawk Drive. Turn south onto Nighthawk - we're the 6th house down on the RH side. Look for the White rose arbor in the front yard.

Space is limited therefore reservations are regarded as commitments. Cancellation policy is 7 days in advance of the booking date. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance or changes to length of stay upon arrival, are subject to billing for the full room rate amount. If you cancel within the appropriate time, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50. Sorry but as a small B&B and not a Hotel, we must have this policy. Room Name: Rose Arbor Vacation Suite Room Description. This 1100 sq.' Suite is fully furnished and equipped self-contained and can sleep up to 5 persons. The private bedroom hs a King bed, there is room in the dining area for a twin bed to be set-up if required and in the familyroom there is a new double size pull-out sofa bed. This Suite is ideal for a family of 3 or 4 or two couples travelling together. There is a large 4-piece bathroom, large kitchen and family room with TV/DVD and plenty of space. Sleeps:
