A splendid Rome apartment rental, this residence is completely new, with a warm Italian hospitality that will make you feel welcome and right at home.All the rooms are large quiet and sunny and have a bathroom and a kitchen corner equipped with espresso coffee machine and microwave. Each flat has a colour TV. The flats are of various sizes and accommodate parties from one to four guests. All rooms are elegantly furnished (including linen, towels, dishes and pots and pans). Breakfast is not included.
The location of this Rome apartment rental is superb. You are five minutes from Trastevere, Testaccio and only 15 minutes from "Colosseo"!!!.
The closest metro stop is Basilica di San Paolo ... right on your doorstep.
Included in the rental are cooking facilities, crockery, flat cleaning, colour TV, washing machine and all the necessary linen. Electricity is charged by consumption.
All rooms have a private bathroom and kitchen corner.
There is a deposit for the key and TV control.
For the high season the minimum period is three days and the normal price will be increased.

From Ciampino Airport

You have 3 possibilities:

Take a taxi, the cost is about 50,00/60,00 euro depending if it is day or night and from traffic condition.

Take our shuttle-car service at 50,00 euro.

Take the airport-bus for the metro station, with the metro line "A" arrive at Termini train station. Take the metro line "B" direction to EUR Laurentina, stop on S.Paolo Basilica, looking for via Corinto (just in the left side of little park Riccardi to the Basilica direction), walking for 100 mt about.

From Fiumicino Airport

Take the freeway for Rome, for 25 Km till to the bridge on Tiber. Attention because once it arrived to the big bridge on the Tevere you must take the small road to the right just at the end of the bridge, (Direction Ostiense Center"), just before the large curve on the left. It's easy to mistake. From this point continue the road until to the underpass of Marconi avenue. At your right you will find the restaurant "the Convent". Continued passing within the underpass, 50 meters after you will find a second light, turns on the left for Via di Valco S. Paolo, after the first service-station turns to right for via Corinto, 20 meters after stop at the corner with via Cesarea

Take the train FM1 that goes to Orte, you come out to the Ostiense station. Escapes from the station and change to the metro station Pyramid. Take the metro "B" direction EUR, come out at "Saint Paul Basilica", escapes in direction of via Ostiense, few meter after at "Largo Riccardi" turns to your alla left for Via Corinto and arrive to the corner with via Cesarea. Approximately a hundred of meters.

From "Gran Raccordo Anulare"

Go out on gate 28 "Ostiense-Via del Mare" of G.R.A.
Go to direction center Roma.
Call us by phone, for advice of your arrival.
Go ahead for 5,2 Km always straight on the street called "Via del Mare".
At the end of the street you will find at your rihgt, the restaurant called " Il Convento" before a big tunnel.
Pass under the tunnel, you will find a light.
Go ahead for 200 meter, you will find another light.
Turn to left for "Via di Valco S. Paolo".
Go ahead for 100 meter, after a first gasoline service station "Total" turn a right for "Via Corinto"
