1. Very helpful and accommodating staff. I've stayed there before and am always well pleased.

2. Large studio seperate toilet, these are the good points. Bad points: in need of a make over; shabby & grubby. Appliances need replacing microwave turned but no heat. Sheets were worn through and holy with age. Demanded two sets of sheets to hide the stained mattresses. They do not use mattress covers. towels thin, curtains in need of a bath. Reception Staff lazy & unhelpful. Two of us & crockery for one. After staying in other Citadines this was very disappointing. Have stayed in many other places in London. This was a shocker.

3. I was last at this hotel in September 2007 and I am pleased to see that the hotel has started providing items for breakfast and basic needs for coffee/tea in the rooms. This is a great improvement and really helps to make you feel welcome. I have also been told that there is a plan for refurbishment to all the rooms and I look forward to seeing the newly decorated rooms. I stay at this hotel frequently and am always pleased to return.

4. We had a terrible experience at the hotel- very noisy room, constant interrruptions at night, broken sofa bed, no microwave in the kitchen, blood on blankets. I spent four of the five nights sleeping in a different room and the last night I spent on a broken sofa bed as I just did not have the energy to go and complain again. We would never stay there again. Room was not even a real one bedroom as there was an opening from the living room into the bedroom and every time my sister turned over in bed or turned on the light, I woke up.
