1. Great location near a metro stop in a decent neighborhood. Good metro links. For a budget hotel in Paris this was an excellent hotel. Breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, room was very clean and a decent size, and there was plenty of hot water. The only thing I didn't like so much was that the bathroom had some serious mold growth by the shower. It was definitly a manageable problem. If you have a handicap I will warn you that the elevator was small and dropped a bit when you stepped into it. We didn't use it and I don't know that I would have wanted to rely on it. They did have a couple of ground floor rooms which may have been better suited to those with disabilities.

2. Room was small but nice. Main problem was the toilet that blocked. This was clearly not a recent thing. When I told the hotel they unblocked it but didn't fix the problem i.e. it blocked again quickly. Other than that it was nice.

3. The location is very convenient , 10 minutes walk from La Gare Montparnasse. Hotel room was average size which is very good for Paris hotels standarts.The hotel was recently renovated and has a small patio with trees and plants. If you stay there ask for a room looking into the patio and not the street which is quite busy.

4. at the dawn of first night, the fire alarm waked everybody up at around 6am, because there was a broken water pipe and we had to start the day very early and without using bathroom. I asked for Eiffel Tour view, but the receptionist told me that there are 4 rooms out of 66 with Eiffel view and there was no chance for me to get any one. The hotel in general is providing the basic requirements and that is satisfying for who does not look for luxusry hotel services. The hotel is just 10 mintues walk from Sevres Lecourbe Metro station which I consider it as good point.

5. Excellent location,walking distance from Invalides,Eiffel tower,Metro.The rooms generally clean.A kettle in addition would have been useful
