Location
The hotel is located just 10 minutes drive from Nyaung U Airport. It is well maintained tropical garden setting, including some large established old trees, by the banks of the Ayeyarwady river. On the other side of the Archaeological Museum from the Thiripyitsaya Sakura hotel, with the 11th century Gawdawpalin Temple rising above the property on the side away from the river.

Rooms
There are many different room types, but all are similarly themed. The standard bedroom is medium sized with wooden floorboards, unfussily furnished with local woods and rattan wares, with individually selected paintings and ornaments. The moderate sized bathrooms have bathtub as well as shower and hot water 24 hrs a day. Sattellite TV and in house movies, IDD telephone via the operator, remote controlled air-conditioning.

General
There are swimming pool, baby sitting available for all guests and butler service available for the suites. Boat trips can be arranged and bikes procured for those who want to cycle around the ruins. Thit Sa Wa Di concert hall stages occasional traditional dance performances, and can be hired for private functions (150 pax seated, 250 standing).
