The property is located in the residential district of La Croix des Gardes. The residences comprise of large Italian-style houses in the heart of a Mediterranean-style park. The city centre is simply a matter of a shuttle trip away, but once there, you will be enchanted by the palm-tree laden Croisette-promenade, the numerous shops along the Rue Maynadierand the large yachts parked in the beautiful bay.
