Location
Located in the heart of Colombo, and surrounded by seven acres of landscape gardens, the hotel is the only resort in the city with lake frontage and is just five minutes from the sea and city centre.

Rooms
The hotel has 358 rooms all of which are medium to large in size. The rooms are warmly lit with carpeted floors, large comfortable beds and a table and chairs. Each room has air-conditioning, telephone and TV.

Restaurant
The hotel has three large restaurants and serves an excellent selection of Eastern, Western, Chinese and Sri Lankan Cuisine presented by a team of International Chefs. There is also a 24 hour cafe.

General
This is a very good centrally located hotel for all types of travellers. The hotel has all the facilities, a leisure traveller could wish for, including a private lounge and bar, business centre, a fully equipped gym, tennis and squash courts, a sauna and a hair and beauty parlour.
