1. We were very pleasd with our two-day stay at the Bellevue Syrene Hotel. It's as beautiful a hotel as depicted on the Internet - and then some! The staff was very efficient and friendly. We were also very pleased with the booking arrangements made by HotelClub. Everything worked as advertised. When you're traveling thousands of miles to a foreign country, it's very comforting to know that an Internet-based booking agent is working behind the scenes to make sure everything is properly arranged.

2. Staff was very friendly. Piano player in the early evening who played in an air-conditioned frameless glass windowed room on the overhang of the cliffs perfectly timed to the sunset was AMAZING!!! Hotel is rich in history and Sorrento was lovely in the evening to walk through the village streets. I would only reccomend upgrading to the the deluxe room as they are more modern. Our room was a bit small...
