| 1. The Amara is excellent value for money. This is due to its ideal location between the city and Chinatown (a comfortable 10 minute walk to Chinatown). It is near the MTR and opposite a local shopping area. The hotel is a solid quality 4 star. |

| 3. We have found the hotel very pleasant to stay in, and the pool was great especially for kids. The hotel is clean although the bathroom was a bit run-down, and the shower drainage was blocked, nevertheless the staff attended to our request to unblock the drain very promptly. The location was great, with Tanjong Pagar MRT just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and the shopping mall next to the hotel very handy especially for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Over-priced during the Singapore F1 weekend, otherwise [your website] offered great value during our stay. |

| 4. Good location - just beside the MRT station. Convenient to go anywhere in Singapore. Shopping mall is adjoining to the hotel. Across the road opposite the hotel, there are many hawker centres for people who want a local taste of Singapore flavours. Hotel is clean & spacious. Bathroom is big too. Overall a great hotel, highly recommended stay. |

| 5. My Deluxe room was not really Delux. It was faily shabby in appearance- scuffed furniture - unpainted areas on wall and smelt of stale smoke despite being a non smoking room. I think there is a huge difference between deluxe and executive rooms. Hotel lobby and general facilities were fairly good but overall hotel is definately 3 star not 4 Reception welcome was fiarly cold for Asian standards. I would consider staying again but would probably opt for an alternative hotel. |
