The hotel is part of a multi-purpose centre and its hotel facilities are particularly suited to individual travellers, interested in the recreational facilities available to guests.

Location
The hotel is a newly built hotel, constructed alongside an existing conference centre and leisure complex with extensive swimming and diving facilities; a short walk from the Central Railway station.

Rooms
These are of medium size and are in very good condition. Decor is minimalistic, with wood floors, mainly metallic furnishings and very limited fittings.

Restaurant
Breakfast is served in a simple breakfast room, while the other meals are taken in a more traditional, but modern, restaurant, which were formerly a warehouse.

General
Guests on business can avail the on-site conference facilities for their events. After a tiring day you can relax at the on-site swimming pool.
