1. The location is the best aspect of this hotel. Rooms was tired but the view over the street was worth it. Service was reserved but not exactly rude. An excellent breakfast bar.

2. The location is excellent. Very close to the Firenze SMN train station and right next to the markets. Easy walking distance to all main attractions. We had a 3 night stay and our room wasn't cleaned properly after the first night( no new towels or clean linen on beds), however the next day all linen was replaced. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Cappuccinos at breakfast were great. They aren't instantly available but ask a server and you will find they will be quite happy to get one.
