Location
The parador is located right in the middle of the main square of Chinchon.It was exactly here that Felipe V was proclaimed king of Spain during the Spanish Succession War.

Rooms
The Parador offers 38 rooms including two suites.They imitate convent cells with vaulted ceilings supported by wood painted beams but always with all modern facilities available, such as, air conditioning, mini bar, full bathroom, satellite TV.

Restaurant
Small but cosy and welcoming, somewhere to sample very good regional cuisine and some other more sophisticated dishes. Among the recommended dishes you have garlic soup, roasted lamb and to accompany them the typical anisette from Chinchon.They also have an attractive children menu.
